The blast occurred along a major road in a commercial area. An office of Pakistan's main airline is located there, Police official Manzur Khan said. A series of attacks have occurred in Pakistan since Oct 2009, as militants apparently retaliate for an army offensive against the Taliban. The attacks have killed more than 500 people.
